Contacted Fosterz Construction needing our house rebuilt after it burned down.
Duane and Daryl came out and spent about an hour talking to me and assuring me they could help me. Within 2 days I had a quote emailed to me and it was a no brainer to go with them.
They have been doing an amazing job and have super reasonable prices. It's a long process but going with Fosterz Construction definitely makes it easier.
Duane came out and gave me estimates for a variety of fix-it tasks in the house in Fillmore. Â He was very professional - had good ideas of how to solve the problems I was looking at. Â Really appreciated that he took the time to understand each issue and to recommend the appropriate solution.
After getting burned by another contractor and several ridiculous quotes, Duane came through and was a life saver. We wanted to build from scratch a bar in our empty alcove. He was quick with a docu-sign contract and a very reasonable price. Â Came the very next week and knocked it out in 3 days. We had a few issues with the materials we personally bought before hand that Duane handled very timely and efficiently. Would highly recommend him and his team for any job. The shower in my bathroom was leaking and needed to be replaced after at least 15 years. I like to work with local businesses and found Fosterz Construction. Duane came to the house and took a look at what needed to be done and found rotting wood in the walls and floor going into the other room. I gave the green light to do what he needed to do and he replaced the rotting wood, shower, and even some plumbing by moving the drain to the center of the shower floor. Bathroom looks really good! And all the rotting wood was replaced. I'm ready to call on Duane for anything else I may need work on.
Great communication, quick proposal, and phenomenal work. I needed my kitchen fixed after water damage and they were very receptive. It cost a lot less than what i thought. I like that they are actually licensed and insured.
